Return the item within 14 days of your request; return shipping is at your expense.
We refund the full order, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your request, using the original payment method. The refund may wait until we receive the item or proof of its shipment.
Earrings: delivered in a sealed pouch, they cannot be returned once the pouch has been opened, for hygiene reasons (art. L221-28 5° French Consumer Code).
